Hello! My name is Nicola and I have had the pleasure to be part of the setup of Dolly’s café in Liscannor, opening soon!
Having a background in food and a dream to one day open my own café, I jumped at the chance to be part of Elaine’s vision to open a local café in a very special place to our families.
It has been a fun and rewarding experience to source suppliers for our retail space, find the perfect coffee to serve, and meet and collaborate with many great people along the way.
We look forward to welcoming you to Dolly’s and hope you all love it as much we do!
