Rince Yoga & DJ set - The Yoga Rinse, Inspired by DanceNot your average yoga class — Rince (the Irish word for dance) is a powerful, full-body experience designed to shake off the old and welcome in the new.

Held in Dolly’s beautiful courtyard with the roof open to the sky, this indoor-outdoor session blends grounding meditation, energising breathwork, shaking, and free-form movement.

All set to a live DJ set curated to match every phase of the practice with uplifting, high-vibe music.

The aim? To get out of your head and into your body, release stagnant energy, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper, more embodied level.
