Yogalattes - Katie

This class blends pilates, yoga and functional strength practices. We primarily focus on core stability, glute strength and hip mobility. Each week will have a slightly different focus but the foundations remain the same, so we can build a better habit through familiarity. All Katie’s classes have mindfulness as it's foundation.These classes are both challenging and restorative, energising and grounding.

Pilates - Clio

Clio's class is all about precision, strength and having fun. It is a high energy full-body workout. It includes resistance bands, weights to add strength building element.
Expect to leave feeling refreshed and challenged. You will leave with a deeper understanding of your body and your muscles will have been worked.
Clio focuses on cueing and direction. You will discover muscles and engagement in places you have never felt before, all while enjoying yourself in the process and having fun while doing it.

Runclub - Pierrick
