Pilates - Lizzie

Lizzie’s Class focus on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing overall flexibility, with a special emphasis on relieving chronic back pain through modified contemporary Pilates techniques. Yogalattes - Katie

This class blends pilates, yoga and functional strength practices. We primarily focus on core stability, glute strength and hip mobility. Each week will have a slightly different focus but the foundations remain the same, so we can build a better habit through familiarity. All Katie’s classes have mindfulness as it's foundation.These classes are both challenging and restorative, energising and grounding.
