Lizzie has been teaching Pilates since 2004, and her health and fitness career spans over 30 years, with a background in physical therapy, health & wellness coaching, and personal training. Her teaching style is supportive, intelligent, and technique-focused, helping you move well, build strength safely, and get the most out of every exercise.

Aoife is a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, bringing a strong foundation of clinical knowledge and movement expertise to every class. Her sessions are thoughtfully designed to support the body in moving well, building strength safely, and improving overall mobility.
This class focuses on building strength and improving flexibility through a dynamic, flowing sequence that challenges the body while remaining intelligent and purposeful. Yogalattes - Katie
Fridays | 09:30 - 10:40 | See Timetable
This class blends pilates, yoga and functional strength practices. We primarily focus on core stability, glute strength and hip mobility. Each week will have a slightly different focus but the foundations remain the same, so we can build a better habit through familiarity. All Katie’s classes have mindfulness as it's foundation.These classes are both challenging and restorative, energising and grounding.
