Her teaching style combines precision, care, and a passion for helping others achieve a strong and balanced body. This is a mixed level, moderate pace class suitable for all.

Sunset Yin - Anna

Anna’s Candlelit Yin is the perfect wind down in the evenings. It is a deeply relaxing, meditative class focused on long-held, passive stretches to release tension and calm the nervous system. Practiced in a warm, candlelit space, this slow-paced session encourages mindfulness, flexibility it is perfect for unwinding and restoring balance.

Yogalattes - Katie
Fridays | 09:30 - 10:40 | See Timetable
This class blends pilates, yoga and functional strength practices. We primarily focus on core stability, glute strength and hip mobility. Each week will have a slightly different focus but the foundations remain the same, so we can build a better habit through familiarity. All Katie’s classes have mindfulness as it's foundation.These classes are both challenging and restorative, energising and grounding.
