We're now selling salads from @theholisticrootscollective. They are fresh microgreen, ready-to-eat salads, grown in Liscannor, without fluoride, pesticides, bio-solids and free from gluten. High in protein and nutrition. Each salad is prepared individually and the seed, soil, water, toppings & homemade dressings are 100% organic.
All the micro greens are grown in Liscannor and the lettuces come from the holistic roots farm in Bunratty and Moy.
