Studio Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Use of Studio:
- The studio can only be used for the purposes outlined in this agreement and follow our
Corporate Social Responsibility Guidelines. Any other use must be approved in writing.
2. Damage Responsibility:
- The renter will be held responsible for any damage to the studio or its equipment during the
rental period.
3. Studio Cleanliness:
- The renter must leave the studio in the same condition it was found. Ensuring to hoover after
class and all equipment is put away neatly into an allocated location.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to the rental start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Liability Waiver:
-The studio is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the renter or participants during the rental period. The renter assumes all liability for the use of the studio.
-The renter ensures their client is aware they are participating at their own risk. They must check to see if any student has a medical or health condition where they may be compromised.
-The renter must ensure that the client understands and agrees that they are participating in the sessions at their own risk and will not hold the renter responsible for any injuries or medical issues that may arise.
-Waiver: The Client agrees to sign a separate waiver of liability form, acknowledging their understanding of the risks associated with participation and must be provided by the teacher if renting the space.
-Time slot: The renter is only allowed in the studio during their allocated time period.
