Thank you for choosing Dolly’s Studio to provide an offering and we are delighted to have you use the space and spread your knowledge. In order to have clarity and consistency on a Rental Basis we have constructed an agreement for teachers.
Renting allocated for once off/single usage and for studio space upstairs only. Classes cannot be rented on a weekly continual basis.
Renters are only allowed use of the space during the allocated (paid) time period. If additional time is wanted for any other usage (for self or teaching) the teacher must pay the additional fee.

We ask that teachers charge a price of 14 Euro for a class. If a different price is planned this needs to be discussed with The Studio Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Renters must leave the studio clean and ready for the next user.
- Renters must: hoover, studio, wipe down all mats, clear away mats, fold blankets and leave the studio as left.
- Any damage to studio equipment or space during the renter’s use will be the renter’s financial responsibility.
- Renters must provide their own insurance, covering both liability and personal injury. We have outlined a few of the logistics below:
1.The Space
The studio is to the left of the cafe. There is a lockbox to the right of the door. The code is ‘3999’, there are 2 round headed keys and one will open the door. We ask that you keep this code to yourself. Ensure to lock the door after class and return to the lockbox.
We ask that all students hang their coats and take off their shoes before going up the stairs. There is a woven basket in the bathroom that valuables can be stored in (phones and bags). We try to keep the studio space as clear as possible as there is limited room.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class to set up the space. We ask you to consider this when choosing your rent. Rental period should also consider setting up and clearing equipment. We provide mats, yoga blocks, straps, blankets and pilates balls.
2. After Class
All students (and teachers) can avail of a 10% discount on coffee in Dolly’s after class. It is good to remind students of this once the class has finished. We try to encourage people to move downstairs directly after class so you have time to clear the space.
3. Clearing Equipment
We ask you to hoover the room after usage and tidy away all mats and equipment, this is so the next teacher is left with a cleared room.
Ensure that students wipe down mats after class. The spray bottles and cloth are left on the unit to the left of the studio. Ensure to use one cloth and wipe down all the mats after usage.
